AGB

1.  Validity  of the General Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all orders for goods placed via the Satõ Coffee GmbH website. The version of the GTC published on the website at the time of the order is authoritative.
The GTC is subject to change at any time. In addition, unless otherwise provided for in the GTC, the relevant provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations apply.

2. Contract area

The Satõ Coffee GmbH online shop only allows for deliveries of goods to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Orders from other countries can only be processed by personal arrangement.

3.  Prices

The offer is valid while stocks last. All prices are given in Swiss francs and do not include the statutory VAT. Any increase in VAT is at the customer's expense. For each delivery, Satõ Coffee GmbH charges the customer the shipping costs stated for the respective product group, regardless of the number of items (see section 6. Delivery).

4.  Conclusion of contract  and withdrawal

All information about goods and prices on the company's homepage is non-binding and subject to change. By ordering via the homepage, the customer makes a binding offer. The company confirms acceptance to the customer by email. Only with this express acceptance is a contract concluded and the customer is entitled to delivery of the goods. If the goods ordered by the customer are not available in the desired quantity or at the price stated on the homepage, the company will notify the customer accordingly as soon as possible. In this case, the contract is only valid when the customer confirms the corrected order by email. Orders and agreements made by telephone are only valid if they are confirmed in writing or by email.
In the event of spelling, printing or calculation errors on the homepage, the company is entitled to withdraw free of charge.

5.  Payment

Payment for the ordered goods is made by invoice or PayPal account. The payment period is 7 days. For goods with a value of more than 200 CHF, Satõ Coffee GmbH reserves the right to require payment in advance.

6.  Delivery

The delivery costs are 8.90 CHF (express deliveries are possible at a price of 17.80 CHF). The goods are usually delivered within 2 working days, subject to availability. The benefit and risk are with the customer from the time the goods are handed over to the carrier.

7.  Retention of title

The delivered goods remain the property of Satõ Coffee GmbH until all claims against the customer have been settled in full.

8.  Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to return the goods within 8 days of receipt. The right of withdrawal can only be legally exercised if the goods are returned unused, undamaged, complete and in the unopened original packaging. After receipt of the goods returned in the described condition, the company will reimburse the customer for the value of the goods.
The goods must be returned at the customer's expense, risk and benefit to the following address:
Satõ Coffee GmbH
Limmatstrasse 55, 5417 Vogelsang
Shipping costs already incurred cannot be refunded. For hygiene reasons, we will neither take back nor exchange incorrectly ordered goods.

9.  Warranty

Satõ Coffee GmbH guarantees to deliver the goods in perfect quality. If there are any defects in the delivered goods, the customer is obliged to report the defects in writing within 8 days of delivery. After returning the defective goods, the customer will receive a replacement delivery. If a replacement delivery is not possible, the company will refund the payment made. In addition, any claim for reduction, cancellation or compensation for consequential damages is excluded, as far as legally permissible.
Changes made by the manufacturer to the external design of the product (e.g. bottle or packaging) do not constitute a defect; the images shown on the homepage are for illustration purposes only and are not binding. In addition, the customer forfeits any rights to defects if the goods are used improperly.

10.  Data protection

All personal information provided by the customer will be treated as strictly confidential and used only by the company itself.

11.  Data security

Suitable security technology is used to protect customer data against unauthorized processing. However, no liability can be accepted for the security of data transmitted over the Internet. The data is transmitted unencrypted.

12. Law and jurisdiction

All contracts concluded via the company's homepage are subject to Swiss law. If orders are placed by private individuals for private use, the place of jurisdiction is determined according to the Jurisdiction Act. In all other cases, Zurich is the exclusive place of jurisdiction.

The version of the General Terms and Conditions published on the homepage applies to the order.
The General Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time. In addition, unless otherwise provided for in the General Terms and Conditions, the relevant provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations apply.
