a love for coffee and an excitement for connection.
We care about details — in the way the space feels, in the way coffee is roasted and brewed, in the way a table is shared. Clean lines, warm materials, calm atmosphere. A place that feels intentional, yet easy.
At the same time, Satõ is rooted in community. Riders meeting before sunrise. Long brunches. Post-run coffee. Conversations that stretch into the afternoon.
We serve specialty coffee with precision and offer honest, seasonal food made to refuel and enjoy. Whether you’re coming from a ride, meeting your people or simply looking for a moment to slow down.

The Founders
Welcome to SATÕ COFFEE, where the adventure meets the Coffee Culture!
Established in 2022 by passionate cyclists Catia and Mario, the journey began with a heartfelt vision: to create a welcoming place where individuals can share their stories, with exceptional brews.
It all started at the 2020 at the Aeropress Championship, where two dedicated coffee enthusiasts—Catia, with her expertise in Coffee Roasting, and Mario, renowned for his artful brewing techniques—met and ignited a shared passion for coffee.
